Resources, Hints, and Tips
Quick Contact/E-Mail Tip
When replying to an e-message, avoid using the "reply to all" button. Generally, a reply only to the sender or a forward to someone else in need of (or interested in reading) the message is best. Reply to all often clogs up in boxes and is sometimes described as frustrating by people who receive multiple messages on a topic not of interest or further concern to them (beyond the initial e-message). In short, use "reply to all" sparingly!

Swine Flu, and Influenza A normally found in pigs, rarely infects humans; however, it is currently causing human illness. This flu is not transmitted from pigs to humans, nor from eating pork (or pork products). Like other respiratory diseases, it is spread from person to person through coughs and sneezes. You can take simple steps that will do a lot to assure your health. For detailed information visit the King County Health Department, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention, or Washington State Department of Health website. For updated travel recommendations from the CDC, click here.
